Mango Salsa

This easy breezy Mango Salsa is summer in a bowl! It comes together in 5 min and will mentally transport you to a tropical beach. Make it for friend & family gatherings, summer BBQs or as a snack at home- and prepare to be blown away. Just remember to make a BIG batch because trust me, you’ll go back for more. Enjoy it with tortilla chips,on tacos, tostadas, wraps, salads or by the spoonful. If making ahead/carrying to a party, prep your ingredients and assemble when ready to eat – tastes best fresh. Ingredients

  • 4 Mangoes

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1 Jalapeño

  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper

  • 6 Sweet Peppers

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro

  • 1 Lime (small)

  • 2 tbsp Cumin Powder

  • 2 tsp Paprika

  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Prep your ingredients and assemble in a bowl. Add the seasonings at the end and mix well. Top with lime juice. Garnish with cilantro and some sliced jalapeno. Serve fresh!
