  • 1 cup Milk (regular/plant based)

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a heated pan with oil/butter and pour the batter to form a medium sized pancake.
  • Flip once edges appear well cooked and bubbles appear on the surface. Transfer to a plate once completely cooked.
