Paloma

Paloma is a refreshing and citrusy tequila-based cocktail that is popular in Mexico and loved worldwide. Made with tequila, grapefruit soda, and lime juice, it’s a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and slightly bitter flavors, making it an ideal summer drink.
One of my summer faves, this Mexican drink is not as popular as the margarita, but let’s change that, shall we? Paloma has an incredibly refreshing and crisp flavor profile and is not too sweet. You can make this as a cocktail or a mocktail, both versions will blow you away. Hope you love it as much as I do!
